Thermostats
Time for an upgrade? We offer a selection of Thermostats to choose from (Nest, Ecobee, Honeywell, Sensi ) whether it be Programmable, Touch Screen, WIFI, Smart, or you have your own. NHM can install it for you.
Overflow Switch installs
Also known as, ‘AC Float Switch’ is an electronic water sensor for your HVAC system that detects if the AC system has a clogged drain and immediately shuts it off to prevent water damage to floors, walls, and ceilings.
Panel Upgrade
Are your panels still from the 80’s! Time for a ‘face lift’? Let us bring you to modern times. We can replace your old one and install the current panel look to your Fan Coil or Heat Pump.
Insulation Replacement
Insulation falling apart and find it’s way to the drain and clogging it? Maybe it has’nt been replaced in at least 15 years? Got mould? NHM can remove the old and replace it with new insulation.
